These pages explain how invoices work and how to use InvoiceBizz to make one in your browser. The generator builds the document. You still download the PDF and send it yourself.
Start with the basics
If you are new to billing, begin with what an invoice is, which fields to include, and how numbering works. Then make a real invoice in the generator.
What InvoiceBizz can and cannot do
You can add a logo, line items, tax as a label and percent, discounts, shipping, and notes. You can preview the page and download or print a PDF. InvoiceBizz does not email the invoice or collect payment for you.

Invoice basics
An invoice is a bill you send after work or goods are agreed. It should tell the client who you are, what you charged, and when payment is due. Use these guides before you fill the generator, or keep them open while you type.
Invoice templates
InvoiceBizz templates are six visual layouts in the generator, not separate industry products and not downloadable Word or Excel files. Pick a look, add your business and line items, then download or print the PDF.
Invoice payment terms
Payment terms tell a client when money is due. Write a real due date, not only a label. Put the method next to the total. InvoiceBizz lets you set a due date and notes; it does not chase payment for you.
Freelancer and small business invoicing
Freelancers get paid for work that is written down. A short invoice habit — unique numbers, clear lines, a PDF the same day you deliver — is enough for many people. You do not need accounting software to send a professional bill.
Invoice tax and invoice types
Tax rules depend on where you and the client operate. InvoiceBizz is not a GST e-invoice system and not tax software. It adds a tax label and a percent to the subtotal after discount. Confirm the rate and whether you must charge tax with your accountant or local authority.
