Tax rules depend on where you and the client operate. InvoiceBizz is not a GST e-invoice system and not tax software. It adds a tax label and a percent to the subtotal after discount. Confirm the rate and whether you must charge tax with your accountant or local authority.
What the generator does
Enter a label such as VAT, GST, or Sales tax, then a percent. The live total updates. Leave tax at zero if you do not charge it. Put a tax ID in business details if your region requires it on invoices.
Proforma and commercial invoices
A proforma is often an estimate before the final bill. A commercial invoice is used when shipping goods. You can describe either in InvoiceBizz by changing the number, notes, and line items. The layout is still a standard invoice PDF.
